Backed for the long run
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our water treatment systems. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each Rightway Water Co system.
Section 1
Rightway lifetime warranty
Lifetime
System dry parts
Covers all mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water.
5 Years
Control valve, circuit board & filtration media
Protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
1 Year
Labor
Covers labor-related issues arising from the original installation for one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty conditions & limitations
- Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Rightway Water Co guidelines.
- The warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or contaminant levels beyond system specifications.
- Replacement parts or services rendered under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
- This warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Rightway Water Co is responsible only for damages or failures resulting from workmanship-related issues, and is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects.
- Rightway Water Co's total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the system. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
To file a claim, contact Rightway Water Co customer support at (947) 249-3490 and provide proof of purchase along with your installation documentation.
Section 2
Manufacturer warranty
Rightway Water Co also provides a manufacturer-backed warranty for specific system components, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Important notes
- Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be installed by a Rightway Water Co-approved technician.
- Labor associated with component replacement is not included under the manufacturer warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
- Acts of nature
- Water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes
